Central Payroll Services & Time Administration

Central Payroll Services & Time Administration provides professional payroll services to more than 50,000 students, faculty, and staff members of the UC Irvine community. The Central Payroll office partners with the UCPath Center to ensure payroll is processed promptly and accurately for UCI employees per UC policy and federal and state regulations and manages the UCI campus Time Reporting System (TRS).

Serving as subject matter experts in UCPath Center payroll processes, UCPath system payroll, module, and TRS, the Central Payroll Office provides local customer service and Employee Experience Center (EEC) inquiry resolution for campus payroll and timesheet inquiries as well as partnering with the UCPath Center on higher complexity matters requiring additional support, processing or escalation.
