If you haven’t already signed up to receive next year's W-2 and 1095-C electronically, now is the time. The process is simple and takes just a few minutes. Employees who receive these two IRS forms electronically enjoy useful benefits like earlier access and the ability to print them anytime. By selecting electronic delivery, you're also reducing waste and helping UCI to operate more efficiently.
Step-by-Step Instructions for W-2 and 1095-C
- Go to the At Your Service Online (AYSO) website:
- Log in with your AYSO username and password.
- Look for the "Income & Taxes" box and click W-2 and 1095-C.
To Elect Online W-2
- In the left-hand navigation, click Select W-2 Delivery Method.
- Read the onscreen information and check the boxes at the bottom.
- Click the Submit button.
To Elect Online 1095-C
- In the left-hand navigation, click Select 1095-C Delivery Method (if applicable).
- Read the onscreen information and check the boxes at the bottom.
- Click the Submit button.
After enrolling, you will receive an email notification in January announcing the availability of the online form. After that, you can log into AYSO and access your W-2 or 1095-C statement any time. It’s that simple!
