UCI's Kuali Financial System (KFS)
UCI launched the Kuali Financial System, a comprehensive enterprise financial system used to process most of the campus' financial transactions in July 2014. For help using KFS, the webpages and reference material listed below is a good place to start. Given the complexity of KFS, frequent users should also consider registering for a KFS class on the topic they're interested in.
About the Kuali Financial System
KFS is a comprehensive software solution that integrates most of UCI’s core financial functions, including general ledger, procurement, budget, disbursing, and travel reimbursement.
Creating Your TEM Profile
Do you need help creating your TEM Profile? Follow the instructions on the Creating a TEM Profile page.
KFS Login and Hours
Users can log into KFS from Zotportal. Log in with your UCInetID and password and click the KFS tab.
KFS is up from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m., Monday - Friday. Maintenance begins at 8 p.m.
