UCI is Going Paperless for Payroll Direct Deposit

Sent to all employees on the UCI Campus and all Medical Center employees on April 28, 2017

Beginning on May 1, UCI is going paperless for employees who are paid by direct deposit. Employees paid by direct deposit who currently receive printed earnings statements will no longer receive paper statements after that date. Individuals paid by paper check are unaffected by this change and will continue to receive a printed earnings statement/pay stub. Employees can view and print earnings statements 24 hours a day and seven days a week on the At Your Service Online (AYSO) website.

How to Elect Paper Earnings Statements for Direct Deposit

If you are paid by direct deposit and wish to receive printed earnings statements, you may do so by completing a Direct Deposit Earnings Statement Election Form, which can be downloaded at any time from the Payroll Menu on ZotPortal. Complete the form and send it to the Payroll Office: 120 Theory, Suite 200, Irvine, California, 92697-1050.

Viewing Your Earning Statements Online

Shows the Income & Taxes Box on AYSO. The Earnings Statement link is highlighted.You can view and print your earnings statements on the At Your Service Online website: https://atyourserviceonline.ucop.edu/ayso/. This link can also be found on ZotPortal or the Accounting website. You log in using a username and password set up specifically for the AYSO website. There is also a UCInetID login, but only if you've elected that option.

After logging in, look for the Income & Taxes box and click the Earnings Statement link. Your statements are listed by date on the resulting page. Find the date you are interested in and click the View Statement link to open it as a PDF file. You can also click the pay date to see the same information in HTML format.
